Our this website serves the purpose of selling digital products which could be consumed electronically. Our products include:

• E-books in the form of PDF-s
• Video content in the form of visual streaming content.
• Audio Music files (MP3s etc.) and
• Articles in the form of Web Posts. 
• Podcasts

At this moment we do not have any plans to sell any tangible products such as physical Books/DVD-s etc.

Returns / Refunds

Since our business is in offering electronically consumable products which could either be downloadable, read online, or watched in a streaming mode, such digital products cannot be returned back in unconsumed state, therefore they are exempt from refunds. 

In the case of premium content offered to Paid Members, the initial registration fees (if any) stay non-refundable. A member may choose to cancel membership anytime and then wouldn’t need to pay subscription fees from next month. However, if membership fees is paid for the month, that stays non-refundable.

Exchanges

For the aforementioned reasons, exchanges are also not possible with digital products.
